Rivers Of Athens:

Athens is another capital city that crosses rivers.

Historically, those who had the political power sought to hide the rivers of Athens and mostly managed to limit or control their energy. The rivers of Athens were considered a threat to the urban fabric and the technical interventions that were made were deprived of the possibility to interact visually and aesthetically with the environment.

Also, the inhabitants were deprived of their interaction with the rivers. At the very few points of the city that the rivers are revealed, it is understood that these are considered rubbish dump sites.
